How to get Netbeans to use UTF-8 as the default.

Simply use Netbeans 5.5 with win32 Windows Subversion and cygwin ssh to access svn+ssh repositories. It works! No need for things like plink or TortoisePlink which are sort of ignorant to cygwin ssh’s public keys.

Netbeans was the first Java debugger I used and inspired wild dreams about hierarchic nodes in me. Eclipse simply feels faster in every respect, but it has its own pack of disadvantages.
