This plugin allows you to add tags to the header of an individual page or post custom meta tags, external style sheet links, or embedded style tags. You no longer need to use conditional statements or separate templates just to change something like a background image, text style, etc.
This plugin is a collaboration between Dean Hamack and myself. For adding META tags like keywords and descriptions to your posts and pages see the All in One SEO Plugin (recommended) or the Another Wordpress META Plugin.

Installation:
Use “Save As” and save the .phps to .php. Put it into your wp-content/plugins directory and activate it.

hmm… I’m going to feel dumb as I’m sure that the issue I’m seeing is simple… but I cannot get this to insert headers. Here’s what I’ve done:
1) uploaded and activate the plugin.
2) I have a div in my main template called #main_image. The div is empty:
3) the CSS in the main stylesheet is
Wineworth LLC: Importers of Fine Vintage, Tawny and Colheita Ports
4) On the pages where I want to use a different image I’ve entered the above CSS in the AYOH text box, editing the image URL appropriately.
However, there’s no section being inserted anywhere in the code.
Installation is WP 2.1.3 and there are no other plugins installed right now. Any ideas??

After activation, on any post or page, you should see something like this in the source code:
<!– add_your_own_headers 0.1 –>
If you don’t, try with the default theme. If that works your theme probably doesn’t call wp_head() in header.php.

How can I display my custom header without the meta lines ?
In fact my header picture must be in the top of my sidebar, under the logo.

Hi Raf, if you want to insert a picture to your theme you have to either adjust your theme or work with CSS. In case of CSS you can use this plugin.

Hi,
I’ve installed the plug in, uploaded my alternative style sheet that I have applied to the page entitled, “Northumberland”. The code has in it and quotes the alternative style sheet but there are no changes. It’s probably something silly I’ve done, but I’d appreciate some advice for a newbie. Thanks (in anticipation)

So your source code contains the style sheet link? If yes, there’s either a typo there or the style sheet can’t load (wrong path?) or it just hasn’t the effect you thought on your layout I guess. You could use firefox web developer and see which styles are loaded.

Hi, Im using your plugin, it was really fantastic, I dont have Mod rewrite in my windows server, But your plugin equals it by giving appropriate title to the pages, thanks for your help, I will bookmark this page and i will surely donate when my site becomes big and i earn more.
