Hi,
just to niform you your plugin does not work with the upcoming Firefox 1.5 … I sure wish it did though! I find this plugin very useful to my needs!
This works fine until I restart FF. When I do, my selected source disappears. Also, the default source remains unchecked, so I can’t make any whois searched without editing the Options.

Hi,
thanks for this great extension.
I tried to select http://www.ripe.net/whois (or more correctly http://www.ripe.net/fcgi-bin/whois/?form_type=simple&full_query_string=&searchtext=&do_search=Search) as my source, to avoid the ads on the default site.
This works fine until I restart FF. When I do, my selected source disappears. Also, the default source remains unchecked, so I can’t make any whois searched without editing the Options.
Thought you might want to know. Bye!

It doesn’t work with Firefox 2.0.0.13, Vista Home Premium. I click on Tools|Whois that? and nothing happens

Same as#3 but on FF 2.0.0.14 with Win XP Pro SP2. Nothing happens by klicking on “Whois That?”

Is an FF3 upgrade coming or, given the above comments, has this been abandoned?

Yes, a FF3 upgrade would be most welcome. Hopefully the project isn’t dead, just snowed in.
